Ordering & Sizing

What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes 0–20 and specialty size 15 for most styles. Size availability varies by designer and color. Contact us to confirm availability for your size.

How do I know what size to order?
We recommend taking your bust, waist, and hip measurements and comparing them to the designer's size chart. Our team can help guide you — contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

Are the dresses made to order?
Yes. Most quinceañera gowns are made to order by the designer. This means your dress is produced specifically for you once the order is placed.

Delivery & Timeline

How long does it take to receive my dress?
Production and delivery typically take 8–16 weeks depending on the designer and style. We recommend ordering at least 4–6 months before your event to allow time for alterations.

Do you offer rush orders?
Rush options may be available for select styles at an additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible if your event is within 3 months.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the US, Canada, Mexico, and many other countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my dress?
Because our gowns are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review sizing carefully before ordering.

What if my dress arrives damaged?
If your dress arrives with a defect or damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Financing options may also be available through Shop Pay Installments at checkout.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — Shop Pay Installments lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Look for the option at checkout.
