A. Of Course!, we'd be happy to take your order over the phone! U.S. customers call us toll free at 1-800-910-2485. Please check our Contact page for phone service hours.

A. An Items that needs to be specially ordered from the manufacturing company. This item will be available to ship on the date provided by the manufacturer. Please consider this date plus the shipping time of your selected shipping method to ensure the dress will arrive in time for your event.

A. Each company/designer dress is made differently. Some dresses run bigger and others run smaller. Please check the size chart on your dress or Contact Us if you have any questions or concerns.

A. QuinceDresses.com does have a physical Brick & Mortar Store, we are located at 2 Camner. Av. Somerset, NJ 08873. Not all dresses you see online are in store. If you are looking for a specific style and would like to visit us. Please call us ahead and ask us if we have your desired style in-store. We do have a large selections in store of over 150+ (and growing) Quinceanera and Sweet 16 gowns in stock at our physical location. Prices and Availability may vary.

A. There is two-ways to find out if a gown is In-Stock and Ready to Ship. Send us a Message through our Contact Us form and let us know which style you are looking for and your wear date. Secondly you can call our 1-800 number located on the top of our page and let us know of the style number over the phone. We should be able to let you know right away if the gown you are looking for is In Stock or an idea/timeframe of delivery.

A. Size charts vary for individual products and can be found by clicking the "Size Chart" link next to the size selection drop down menu on the product page.

A. We DO NOT ship outside the US at the current time. All of our prices are based for orders with-in the US. Any questions please send us a message through our Contact page.

A.We have many shipping options. Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 dollars and above. For orders below $150 please refer to our Shipping page to find out more information about our Shipping options.

A. If you have entered a billing address that does not match your credit card or a different billing and shipping address your order will go through our fraud prevention department and this will cause a delay with your order being processed.

A. If your dress is in stock, it will ship out within 1 business day and will arrive to you in accordance with your chosen shipping method. If your dress is at our warehouse it will ship out within 2-5 Business days and will arrive to you in accordance with your chosen shipping option. Please consider the ship date provided when choosing your size/color combination on the product page plus the shipping time of your chosen shipping method.

A. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for store credit (100% of your purchase) or a refund (less 10% restocking fee, except items marked Sale or Store Credit only)! Sale items are not Returnable! Read our full return policy here.

A. You would receive a Store Credit code through e-mail. Once you are ready to place your order, you should call us to verify your store credit usage and we will proceed with your orders. Please not that once you use your Store Credit the Sale is a Final Sale.

A. Your store credit code is valid for up to 1 year from the date it was issued.

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order and PayPal.

A. All the information you send over our website is strictly confidential and is protected by our SSL certified web site. We also have Hacker safe Mcafee Software to ensure additional protection. Your email will not be given to any outside sources without your permission.

A. Once your order has been placed it will be processed as soon as possible with our order department. If the item you order is in stock, it will ship the next business day. If we need to order the gown from our warehouse or the manufacturer, we will notify you of the ship date. All shipping methods will then take place from the estimated ship date.

A. After you place an order, you will receive a processing email letting you know your order was received. Next, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship date for your order. Lastly, you will be sent a shipping email with a tracking number for your package. Most of the time the dress you order is either in stock or can be fulfilled from our warehouses within 10 days. If for some reason it will take longer we will notify you immediately of the estimated ship date. If for some reason the item you order is not available before your wear date, we will notify you after your order has been processed and suggest other products very similar to what you were looking for or you can cancel your order. Your card is only charged if we can fulfill your order.

A. Simply login to your account you have established. There you can check the status of your order.

A. If your dress is not in stock and for some reason we cannot order it directly from our warehouse or the designer, we will notify you and give you other options to choose from or you can cancel your order. Your card is only charged if we can fulfill your order.

A. Wear dates range tremendously for all our customers. A certain dress may not be available by your wear date but some customers order dresses a year in advance and we can still get a dress made by then so we leave any dress up that has a possibility of still coming in.

A. Your card is not charged until we can fulfill your order with a confirmed ship date that is before your wear date.

A. On every product detail page you will have the option to view the size chart for the designer of the dress you are ordering. Keep in mind that over 90% of special occasion dresses need alterations. We are not responsible for dresses that do not fit, those size charts are direct from the manufacturers and they cut their dresses according to those size measurements. If you are in between sizes we recommend going up a size as it's easier to take a dress in than to let a dress out.

A. The event date is the date that you will be wearing the gown or the latest you are willing to accept the dress, the longer you put the better chance you have of getting your order fulfilled.

A. The colors that we list on the product detail page are the only colors in which that style dress is produced in.

A. Since there are so many orders coming through at all times we are not able to accurately check availability of a dress until there is an order placed for it. If we have been given up to date shipping information it is shown on our webpage.

A. Some designers are able to make dresses with a longer length, but it does take 12-16 weeks for the special order. Please email to inquire about extra length.

A. If your order was out of stock or was a bad credit card and we did not receive a response from you regarding your order within 48 hours it will be cancelled.

A. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number and you can track your package at UPS.com. If you did not receive your tracking number and your order status says shipped, please contact us.

A. All of the available images that we have been given are shown on the webpage. We know that it can be frustrating not seeing the dress in other colors, but we are given the images directly from the manufacturers and we don't always receive one in every color that they offer.

A. With the high volume of emails received during prom season it can take 24-72 hours for a response. Also please make sure that you have added our email address to your list of addresses to accept emails from, our response could have been placed in your junk folder if we are not on that list.

A. There are a few reasons that your credit card would be declined: the numbers could have been typed incorrectly, your bank might have a limit on purchase totals, or there could be a security feature on your card not allowing it to be used out of your state or country.

A. The standard length on long dresses is 58-60 inches.

A. If you find a lower price for any non-sale full priced dress that we carry prior to placing an order or buying in our store, we will match that price. Call us before placing an order or bring proof into our store to tell us where we can find the current dress at a lower price on another site and we will match that price. All Exceptions are shown on the Price Match page with detailed information.
